Customers are responsible for transporting their device to the service center. All products have a 24-month warranty covering free repairs. Rechargeable speaker batteries have a three-month warranty, calculated from one month after the production date. Warranty repairs and servicing are provided free of charge. Devices must have a warranty certificate to qualify. Warranty coverage begins three months after the production date, which is printed on the warranty certificate.
Warranty exclusions: damage caused by transport, power fluctuations, fire, lightning or natural disasters; misuse or failure to follow the instructions in the user manual; devices that have been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized persons; and any damage to or removal of the serial number or hologram.
